A Tested Designer with the Know-How to Elevate Your L&D Strategy
My professional journey started in a classroom on the Space Coast of Florida. At the age of 22 and fresh out of college, I became a math teacher for Brevard Public Schools. I didn't realize what I had signed up for, but to be fair, no teacher does. What began as a job transformed into one of the most professionally rewarding experiences of my life - after all, how many L&D professionals can say their first job involved designing, developing, and delivering hundreds of hours of unique instruction per year? It was official; the feedback loop had hooked me.

Seven semesters and a Teacher of the Year award later, I asked myself a question that would change my career forever. If I could achieve so much with my wits and a few bucks in printer paper, what could these skills mean for a large-scale business?

The answer(s)? Dozens of thoughtful eLearnings, ranging from soft skills practice to technical topics. A thoughtful approach to AI that enhances eLearning interactivity without compromising the human touch. Scalable Learning Management System architecture that evolves with our people and content. Facilitated training offerings that leverage my unusually vast live training experience. My sessions are fun, informative, and learner-centered. And when we needed a licensed training? I partner with locally available grants and government funds to deliver it at no expense to the business.

I am as the title says - a tested designer. But there's more to me than that. No matter the challenge at hand, I bring smarts, tenacity, and levity to my projects.
